You could probably use Zapier or IFTTT + your natural WordPress RSS Feeds to autopost to Twitter.
You should be able to access your recent jobs feed with a URL structure like this:
https://www.yoursite.com/feed/?post_type=job_listing

Apologies for the delay in responding.
Jetpack’s Publicize feature would also be an option for this. Job postings are just a WordPress Custom Post Type. They are stored in the site’s database, inside the wp_posts
table. You can search for what you’re looking for under the _type_ column. You can add support for them to Jetpack’s Publicize, following this guide:
