How to auto import or external content creation?

    Hi there,

    An external source (website) has content for my WordPress-based website. If the source has new content then I would like to add it into my website as a post. How can I achieve this automatically?

    I see two potential solutions:

    1. Auto import by my website. The website has to know where to find the content and check if it is new.
    2. The external source connects to my website and adds the content itself. The source need to get a username and password.

    Suggestions and better – solutions – are welcome!
