Hi mcdizielu,
We are currently working on adding that feature, it will be available in the next release that we expect to happen in the following few weeks.
We will let you know on this same thread once the new release is published.Kind regards
@juangirini any news on this?
With this feature included the website will be showed in the browser language automatically?Hi Peopleinside,
Unfortunately, we are far behind schedule with the new features. Indeed this improvement is one of the next to come but we can’t assure when it will be ready.
Sorry about that.Kind regards,
JuanHi How can we collaborate on this ? do youwork with github ?
I’d really like to add this kind of feature
Hi Freechelmi,
Thank you very much for your interest. Actually, we are very close to publishing this new feature, it is already in the final stages of integration testing.
We will be pleased to have you as a collaborator for any future improvement you might want to add. If you wish so, send us an email at info@pampa.dev with your github username so we can add you to the repository. Also, we are open to your suggestions so feel free to email us any concerns or interests you might have.
Kind regards,
Juan@mcdizielu, @peopleinside, @freechelmi
I wanted to give you an update regarding the automatic host language translation. From the current version of the plugin v1.5.0 this functionality is available and can be enabled from the options menu.
Thanks my github username if freechelmi
First thank you very much for this plugin , it is simple and efficient and does not popup you to buy some sort of premium version everyday
, I can see in 1.5.3 that the button language does switch automatically to the language but it does not trigger the page to be translated
it might be a problem from my website https://ekimia.fr/ but it seems something is missing.
I will unfollow this topic as I’m getting email notification that is disturbing me. Bye π I’m now using a different plugin for translator that support the automatic function.
@freechelmi the auto translate functionality is only supported by the ‘minimalist’ dropdown. I see you are using the ‘classic’ one that has limited functionality and will soon be deprecated.
I strongly suggest you move to the ‘minimalist’ dropdown, not only for the auto translate but also is more lightweight and can be styled to look similar to the ‘classic’ oneThanks ! You are right it “works” with the minimalist
But we could not use the minimalist because the drop down appears “behind” the website menu which I could not fix , I guess it is because of our theme.
You can test it here https://dock.ekimia.fr/
