    how to assign ticket automatically to agent when agent create ticket on behalf of customer

    Do you mean the ticket should be assigned to the agent who created it on behalf of the user?

    Hello,

    Unfortunately, it is not possible to assign the ticket to the same agent. Admin or the agent can assign the ticket manually who have permission to assign the agents.
