How to assign tags

    How can users select tags to attach to their posts?

    Ideally, the submission form would display a list of existing tags that they could select from. The Advanced Select element has this functionality, but how can I populate the Choices field with the list of tags?

    I’m thinking about using the TaxoPress plugin on the site; it provides lots of options for managing tags, including displaying on the Post Edit screen a clickable list of tags. It owuld be even better if I could get this to display in the FEP form.

    Oh never mind. I realized I had set the post type to wp-block, which wouldn’t have tags. When Created a new form with post type “post” the tags” field became available.

    Posting here in case anyone makes the same mistake.
