How to assign a user as a moderator

    I do not see the forum permission options to assign the user as a moderator:

    And the moderator role added in the list came from a BBPress installation. It does not seem to provide any forum admin authorization.

    I would like to have a role that the moderator / admin could delete topics.,

    Try it with all other plugins disabled. It looks like you have some plugin messing with user roles. “Temporary Privilege Escalation” is not in my install.
