Cannot see list of plugins

I would like to know how I can see the plugins I am using. I cannot see them although a list is make. It just shows the number and a blank line. I also am unable to see how I can post this question at the tablepress forum. Please help.

I have screen shots that will illustrate the problem. I see no way to attach them to this message.
