# How to announce posts

 * Newbie, sorry. How do I email other authors when a new post is up? I want to 
   let everyone on the list know when someone posts something new. Thank you.

 * WP doesn’t have such a feature.
    There are some plugins, but they have to subscribe
   to.

 * Thanks you. Requiring them to subscribe would not be a problem. What plug-in 
   would work (and how would I imlement this plug-in)?

 * I don’t use any of those, so you have to do your homework:
    [http://codex.wordpress.org/Plugins](http://codex.wordpress.org/Plugins)
   I assume in the Admin > Mail section you can find something.

 * Teach ’em about RSS readers? 😉
 * Feedblitz is what I tend to suggest. No plugin necessary and quite simple.
