How to Allow Visitors To Change Theme

    I know that some community systems like IPS Board have options foor the visitors to change themes. I would really like to do that and have seen it on WordPress. This site: http://rihannadaily.com/ has a ‘choose your theme’ widget spot and it changes the colors and header. Can any of you tell me how I can do that? Thanks in advance!
