How to allow users leave post in my directory website ??

    hi,i have a directory website ,recently i started to reveve emails from users that want to submit their company ,is there any plugin or wp setting that allow that ,i would also like if the post will have predefined fields like company name ,tel number etc . Can you tel me how to do that ??
