how to allow comments

    My blog is http://www.aless.ro …. i have the next problem. I have made the settings like ” Before a comment appears
    Before a comment appears An administrator must always approve the comment
    Comment author must have a previously approved comment ” and this settings are not pointed. But, the comments still have to be aproved. Where and what do i have to change so that the comments can apair without aprovement?
