How to align social media buttons/widget with right side of page?

Hello, I am novice, so please keep it simple. This is my website: http://www.francescamazzotti.com/ using the TwentyTwelve theme. I am customising on a child theme.
I’d like to know if there is any way to move the social media buttons / widget at the bottom of the homepage towards the right (aligned with the right side of the photo) please?
