how to align social links in center on the window

    I’m trying to align the social links in center position.
    no matter how I try, it only aligns to the left..

    and responsive mode on iphone makes header text’s font size not affected and the letter alignment is broken.

    is it possible to resize the header font smaller in reponsive mode on smaller display?
