The demos found here are beautiful(http://smashballoondemo.com/).

However there isn’t any tutorial to do something similar. I’ve got the pro version. I’ve been playing with it for 2 days. The images come on full size and I don’t see any function in the customization box to resize it nor any shortcodes to do it. And how do I move the image/profile pic around to make it look like your demo? As well as the little box at the left corner in your demo showing the no of likes, the no of shares and the no of comments. I can’t figure out how to do it from the customization pages. No tutorials too to show the way. Would be great if someone can point me in the right direction.

    Thank you so much.

    Hey hungzai,

From what you described it sounds like the plugin’s CSS file might not be being loaded into your page successfully. Could you follow the directions in this FAQ and let me know whether it fixes the problem?

If it doesn’t, then could you submit a support ticket via our website? As this issue is related to the Pro version of the plugin then we’re not allowed to provide support for it on this forum, as the moderators only allow support for free plugins on here. If you submit a ticket on our website then please include your ‘System Info’ from the plugin and also a link to this thread so that we know what it’s in reference to.

    Many thanks,

    John

Awesome, glad to hear that! Happy to help.

No obligation of course, but if you like the plugin and feel like leaving a super quick review then we always really appreciate it 🙂

Just let me know if you have any other questions at all, and enjoy the rest of your week.

    John
