Support » Fixing WordPress » How to adjust page headline text to higher position?

  • I’m using Twentyeleven.

    I created About Us, Contact…pages. But all page headline texts are too low by default.

    How can I move these text contents to higher position (closer to banner image)?

    Template: twentyeleven

    @import url(“../twentyeleven/style.css”);

    color: #009900;
    } .hentry {
    padding-bottom: 0;
    padding-left: 0;
    padding-right: 0;

    Did you activate the child theme in the dashboard?

    The instructions are not wrong, it’s probably something with your wp-content/themes/twentyeleven-child/style.css file or it’s location.

    Try downloading this version and add your additions to it.

    I believe I did activate by selecting child theme to edit.
    BTW, can you tell me how to activate it?

    Hi WPyogi,

    I created only a style.css file. It is not a theme. How can I install it?
    the install theme on dashboard doesn’t accept it.
