How to add wordpress blog to wordpress website

    Hello there,

    I have a website I created using wordpress. I would like to add my wordpress blog to the website. In other words, I want someone to be able to click the tab; “blog” and be connected to my wordpress blog. Can someone help me to do this?

    Are these two completely separate WordPress installs?

    Yes. I have my website – pawventures.com (which I created using wordpress). Then I have pawventures.wordpres.com

    I would like to have pawventures.wordpress link to my website (be one of the tabs people can choose)

    Try creating a custom menu and then adding your blog url as a custom link.

    I created a custom menu with the link. However, I am having a hard time putting the menu into the primary navigation bar? 2010 weaver only allows 2 navigation locations. We want it in the primary navigation but when I add it, it erases my other pages?

    I think you didn’t have a custom menu created before you add the “blog” link. Then wordpress displayed your other pages(if no custom menu created, then display pages). So after you created this custom menu, other pages in the navigation were removed. Just add other pages to the custom menu you created and the navigation will be fine.
