Hi,

How to add “View in Browser” link to woocommerce default emails ??

I want to add View in Browser link for all emails send by WordPress or woocommerce,
For ex, for purchase order, order status change, order complete etc..

let me know how can I do that is there any shortcode for that?

Regrettably, I couldn’t seem to find any available plugins for WooCommerce which would allow customers to view received order emails from WooCommerce in a web browser.

It may be possible to have a developer write some custom code that could achieve this though. If you would like to investigate that possibility further, you could reach out to some of the official WooCommerce development partners via the link below.

Hi @swapnilwebdev 👋

That’s correct. The Follow Up Emails extension does have this functionality, however, it will apply to only emails sent using that extension (the variables from this plugin cannot be added to the default WooCommerce Email Notifications).

This is something that is on our ideas board and will be considered to be added a feature in a future update.

If you do not want to use the extension you mentioned and would like it applied to the default email notifications, you would need to do some customization for it.
