In the light version, you need to create different shipping methods for each product with different prices.
For eg.: Product A, B, C
Shipping $10
Cart contains Product = “A”
Shipping $20
Cart contains Product = “B”
Shipping $30
Cart contains Product = “C”
and so on.
So, it will auto-change the shipping prices based on the cart product.

No it doesn’t help. After selecting different products, the shipping prices don’t add up as one shipping cost. It shows up as radio box choices.
How can I add them up?

What I mean is, after adding different shipping costs for different product categories as different shipping methods, they show up as choices in checkout instead of a single cost.

Yes, it will showcase multiple shipping methods to choose if there are multiple categories of products in the cart.
If you want to merge fees total then you need to use our Advanced Features which is not in light.
Click here to review the document for detail.
In the document you can see there is option Force All that merge all the charge to one and you can add your own custom shipping label.
