How to add these additional products to a product

    Hi all.

    So this is an OLD site! Woocommerce 2.16.2 to be exact…..so that may have something to do with it.
    This is also a Subscription system, although they have always used ‘simple product’ for their items.
    I’ve updated the live sites’ theme and main plugins APART from Woo and attached plugins, however I now find that this product system, whatever it may be, is no longer working on the live site itself. And I’m pulling my hair out trying to figure out what actually is doing this. As in, how is this product selection being put together? its not a Grouped product, its not a Bundle – that plugin is not here – and I can’t figure out how when a single product item is ‘bought’ and that 3 products are then placed in checkout.

    sorry, this is on WPEngine hosting and the backup area isn’t available to share, weirdly.

    Any help or guidance, would be greatly appreciated.

    Additionally, I’d like to understand your site properly, can you please share your System Status Report, that will help us further troubleshoot.

    You can find it via WooCommerce > Status. Select Get system report and then Copy for support. Once you’ve done that, you can paste it into your reply here.

    Hi,

    Sorry for asking, are you referring to this extra charges at the checkout page? Were these charges visible in the past? Please clarify.

    Please note that we provide support in this forum for the last 3 versions of WooCommerce, which means the version 2.6.12 is not supported at this time.

    Please note that WooCommerce is a plugin that is constantly changing, enhancements are rolled out regularly, what I am trying to say, kindly note WooCommerce is a dynamic software.

    I’d suggest updating WooCommerce to its latest version, you can perform the updates first on staging environment, you can use this plugin to create a staging site: WP Staging. At this point, check again if the issue persists.
