How to Add the Pages Dashboard Menu to the Barebones Rye Theme

    How do I edit a customized Rye template to activate menu items such as pages to the the All Pages List and Add New page functionality? My trade association inherited a WP blog built with the Rye template and we’d really like to get back some of the out of the box features in current Word Press themes without changing the site’s css look and feel.
