I have no idea about php, so can any one give me a full code. But I want to make template and can select template through post section, as like in Page. see this screenshot.

The page template works by having a well, page template.

The page template has tons of options that are written into the template itself and that does need/use PHP and CSS.

With posts it’s different but similar. Posts are handled via post formats.

That’s something that is built into you theme and that’s where the PHP portion is.
