How-to add some text to one category archive page

Hey.
I want to add to this page: http://www.guistyles.com/category/vista-styles/
in the top link to my new website with Vista Styles: http://www.guistyles.com/category/vista-styles/

Is it possible to add some loop to php file that show the category archive that when user choose Vista category (ID) the text or code is showing.
