How to add simple interactivity to descriptive text about an image

Hello,

I am developing a site for a startup in wordpress, want to use the Vantage theme http://demo.siteorigin.com/vantage/.

How would you achieve this type of interactivity in wordpress?

Rollover an image, the descriptive text changes. Ideally, the picture corresponding to the text should remain highlighted (orange border on).
