How to add post info into responder email

    Hello Mike

    Your contact form is great, keep up the good work!

    I want to be able to personalise the email I send to the person according to the page that the contact us form has been added to.

    For example, I want to be able to write: Thank you for your interest in [post_title].

    How can I achieve this?
