• My daughter wants to add a flash puzzle to her wordpress site, she has generated the puzzle here

The html embed coding looks like this:
    <br><center><a href="http://www.flash-gear.com/index.php?puz"><img src="http://www.flash-gear.com/puz1.gif"></a><br><EMBED allowScriptAccess="always" allowNetworking="all" src="http://three.flash-gear.com/npuz/puz.php?c=f&o=1&id=3958056&k=51988482&s=90&w=450&h=450" quality=high wmode=transparent scale=noscale salign=LT bgcolor="FFFFFF" WIDTH="600" HEIGHT="600" NAME="puz231776" ALIGN="" TYPE="application/x-shockwave-flash" PLUGINSPAGE="http://www.macromedia.com/go/getflashplayer" /><BR><a href="http://www.flash-gear.com/index.php?puz"><img src="http://www.flash-gear.com/puz2.gif"><br><b><font face="Verdana"><h5>provided by flash-gear.com</h5></font></b></a><br></center><br>

I’ve tried several swf/flash embed plugins like ‘Kimili Flash Embed’ and ‘Top Flash Embed’, but the flash puzzle just doesn’t pop-up.. instead it just displays the html code at her site. (I’ve tried both the Wysiwyg as the text modus).

How can I add this particular puzzle to her site?

  • Just create a normal post or page and insert that html in the post editor wysisyg using the Text tab (it won’t work if you use the Visual tab)

You don’t need a plugin, this is just html.

Well I tried that, but the puzzle ain’t showing at all, it only displays the html tags (coding) in our wordpress site.

I’m not sure why I’ve got a different puzzle coding in my prior posting, but this will be the real html code for the puzzle:

    <object width=”750″ height=”600″ classid=”clsid:d27cdb6e-ae6d-11cf-96b8-444553540000″ codebase=”http://download.macromedia.com/pub/shockwave/cabs/flash/swflash.cab#version=6,0,40,0″ bgcolor=”FFFFFF”><param name=”allowscriptaccess” value=”always” /><param name=”allownetworking” value=”all” /><param name=”src” value=”http://six.flash-gear.com/npuz/puz.php?c=f&o=1&id=3324925&k=37498646&s=150&w=600&h=450″ /><param name=”quality” value=”high” /><param name=”wmode” value=”transparent” /><param name=”scale” value=”noscale” /><param name=”salign” value=”LT” /><param name=”pluginspage” value=”http://www.macromedia.com/go/getflashplayer” /><embed width=”750″ height=”600″ type=”application/x-shockwave-flash” src=”http://six.flash-gear.com/npuz/puz.php?c=f&o=1&id=3324925&k=37498646&s=150&w=600&h=450″ allowscriptaccess=”always” allownetworking=”all” quality=”high” wmode=”transparent” scale=”noscale” salign=”LT” pluginspage=”http://www.macromedia.com/go/getflashplayer” bgcolor=”FFFFFF” /></object>

I hope someone knows how to solve this problem

Copy the code and paste it into Notepad.
Then copy the code in Notepad and paste that into your page/post (it won’t work if you use the Visual tab).
