How to add new schema type

Hi there,

I would like to add the course & event types.

I found the following document that explains how to add the new entries to the Schema > Types dropdown. The document mentions briefly at the end “You will need to create additional callback functions for type properties” but does not explain what that means or how to do it.

Any advice on what the exact steps are that need to be followed to add extra schema types would be greatly appreciated.
