HellO! All new fields, that i added, is not posted in email – this field in admin (email) – is grayout. This is pro features?

I have the same issue, lost all added fields a couple of weeks ago. Worked fine for years before this. Same issue, the e-mail section is grayed-out (but does show “yes” on “add custom fields). What might cause this? Please get back with proposal on how to solve this.
