How to add mqTranslate only to certain page?

    Hi,

    I would like to add mqTranslate just to certain pages by manually adding code/shortcode to the post/page. What kind of code/shortcode must I add to get a dropdown menu (like the one in sidebar is)? I use on pages full width and that’s why I can’t use widget.
