I’d like to have additional thumbnail while uploading image.
Thumbnail: 120×90
Medium: 400×300 (for preview image on hover event)
and original size

is it possible?

@maciejmt – There is currently no option to have multiple thumbnail images created for individual images although you are more than welcome to suggest this as a Feature Request here: http://nextgen-gallery.com/feature-voting/
