How to add Logout link/tab to the main UM menu?

How do I add another tab-like link to Logout, like this:
I don’t want it or need it to open up another tab on the right and display any sort of content (like this suggestion/code would do), I just want an additional nav menu item that says Logout, and when clicked it goes to /logout – no extra fuss, no nothing.
Is that doable?
