How to add Jquery plugin to wordpress to affect comments?

  • I am trying to get my comment boxes on wordpress to fade in as you scroll past the main content of the page. So far the only way I have found to do this involves using a query plugin. However, I really don’t know a thing about jquery, much less how to embed it in my pages. So I am hoping you all could help.

This page explains much of what I want to do, fade a div in once you scroll to that div. In this case my div is #comments.

My problem is getting the query plugin or code into wordpress, and having it affect all comment boxes, sitewide. Can anyone give me any help with this??
