How to add icons to menuitems?

    I’m trying to add icons to menu items … all is good in the applying proces (actually seeing the option under a menu item) … BUT, there’s NOT OUTPUT!

    How do I make this actually output the icon with the menu item?

    Is this forum dead by the way?
