How to add hyperlinks to users prediction in the ranking?

Hey,
In the demo website it is possible to visit specific users predictions via hyperlinks in the ranking, but I don`t know how to add that to my page. Is it a premmium feature?

Also, is it possible to have multiple tournaments active at the same time (I am planning to use this plugin for other sports)?
