    Hi there,

    Excellent question!

While Site Kit already has a Tag Manager module, there are still some things that need to be improved for improved AMP compatibility.

There are two open issues on GitHub in that regard:

    * https://github.com/google/site-kit-wp/issues/470 – Support for AMP standard (native) mode
    * https://github.com/google/site-kit-wp/issues/413 – Support for AMP transitional (paired) mode

I recommend you to follow these issues to stay up to date on when Site Kit has enhanced AMP support for Tag Manager.

Unfortunately there is no step-by-step guid I could give you for this, as Site Kit is still in Developer Beta and this feature is coming soon.

The Google Tag Manager documentation has a step-by-step explanation for the AMP setup: https://support.google.com/tagmanager/answer/9205783?hl=en
