Hello,
I want to add one custom post type as product. So that I can use all the features of EDD for this custom post type and sell this custom post type? Any hook/filters for it?

I’m sorry but at this time that is not supported. It would take extensive development to make that happen. See a discussion we had a while ago on the subject: https://github.com/easydigitaldownloads/Easy-Digital-Downloads/issues/1545

Well How Woo Commerce it makes. I have seen some listing add-ons in Woo Commerce.Well If i want to process on this, then I need to create a product in EDD and assign it to my custom post type like Woo Commerce? Please suggest. Is there any ext of EDD doing it? Thanks

I didn’t say it was impossible, just that it takes a lot of work, so it’s not something I can offer an exact answer to in support. It will take a lot of custom development.
