    Hi!

    We are usig the WooCommerce Product Feed PRO plugin to generate the feed for our Google Shopping ADS.

    We have added a custom field on the Woocomerce productos to add the EAN-13 or GTIN to each product using the plugin: Product GTIN (EAN, UPC, ISBN) for WooCommerce

    How can we make appear the EAN13/GTIN field in our product feed?

    Kind regards

    Hi,

    Thanks for using our plugin and reaching out to us.

    We have no experience with the Product GTIN for WooCommerce plugin however changes are big that the custom field added by that plugin shows in the right-side drop-downs on the field mapping page. Search that drop-downs to see if the name of that custom field shows, if it does, map it to Google’s g:gtin field.

    @supportadtribes tanks for your answer!

    Negative, the field is not displayed in the right column (at least for what we see)

    How can we solve this? Is there other way to add the Ean13 or gtin to the feed?

    Kind regards

    Hi,

    We installed the GTIN plugin you are using and did some testing for ourselves. I think their custom field does show up in the drop-downs.

    We tested with this field mapping that seems to work:

    Hope this helps?
