Thanks for using our plugin and reaching out to us.
We have no experience with the Product GTIN for WooCommerce plugin however changes are big that the custom field added by that plugin shows in the right-side drop-downs on the field mapping page. Search that drop-downs to see if the name of that custom field shows, if it does, map it to Google’s g:gtin field.

Negative, the field is not displayed in the right column (at least for what we see)
How can we solve this? Is there other way to add the Ean13 or gtin to the feed?

Hi,
We installed the GTIN plugin you are using and did some testing for ourselves. I think their custom field does show up in the drop-downs.
We tested with this field mapping that seems to work:
