how to add custom attribute to form tag

I am creating a bootstrap validation form , you can see in link that first form is html form where validation working, and second form is HTML form plugin form with same code and javascript for validation, but its not working because there is a custom attribute required to be added in the form tag “novalidate” , if that attribute get added your form will show same validation information.

So I want to know how we can add any custom attribute to the form tag in your plugin? Is there any way to do that, or can you provide such option in your plugin as an additional feature ?
