how to add comment author company info

i googled this topic, but couldn’t find an answer on how to add

additional fields to my comment authors (form/database/output) like:

firstname, lastname and company.

so i added the fields in my form. but how to proceed, so the information would be saved and processed?

this follows: comment authors don’t have to register but need to fill in nickname and email.
