    Hey there,

Such as facebook, when a users is signed in there can post videos, images from there activity stream. I want them to be able to post an image or video from the activity stream without users going to their profile to do it, How could i add the functions to the front end of the activity stream?

We'll be adding this feature soon. We were about to add it in this release but some things were not going as planned so dropped it for our next big release 2.3

    Dear friends

first of all, congratulations for the excellent plugin.

I wonder to know if it is already working the upload feature on the activity stream.

I am running the plugin at http://curtocircuito.3ecologias.net

as you can notice, I just cut iway the activity stream from my BP (I won't need it at all) cleaning up the post-form.php on BP plugin.

I am now wondering to know what function can I use instead of the old activity to replace the unusefull (for this specific site) activity stream for the drag-and-drop upload of BP media-upload

thanks for the help and sorry about the porr english,

best from brazil right before carnaval,

I was just checking the latest version and i still see the problem with the the title of the image appearing.

I also thought you guys said you would have the activity stream icons option on the front end by the 2.4 version?

Whats holding these two options back?

The only thing holding us back is BuddyPress 1.7. It's not funny how the majority of bug reports and issues that we deal with, concern bad js by the theme.

So, although creating activities and adding photos is already there in the functionality and it isn't difficult to add the uploader around the activity update box, we'd rather wait for BuddyPress 1.7 that promises better theme handling and promises to work with any WordPress theme.

I hope that clears things up.

You can upload video or any file on Activity box as long as video-uploading is enabled from admin-side.
