    Hello,

I want to add Bookly to a new page that I am creating. But I can’t find the Add Bookly button or a shortcode in documentation to add the same. See Screenshot

    Kindly suggest.

    Thanks

I have already a One Service and One Staff member, and associated the service with the staff member. So thats not the issues.

    Hello @ladela

That was not the issue. The issue was – Incompatibility with WP 5.0

After using the Classic Editor plugin, the Add Bookly Form started to apprear. After adding the same to my page, I have certain queries, for which kindly refer to the Screenshot.

    1. Why does it appear as a Post and not an element on a Page? First let me know if there is a resolution for the same. If Not, then how do I remove the sidebar?

    2. The side bar has old Bookly config(mine) content i.e the database has old config content. I am guessing this is because it is a post and not an element. How do I purge only the bookly data from the post tables in db?

    3. How can I schedule a service to be available for only particular dates? e.g Jan 24, 2019 To Jan 28, 2019. The trainer, I can associate from the admin panel, for the scheduled dates.

    Thanks

    Hi,

    Good day!

We really want to help you out with this one. About your issue with the booking form, can you please send us an email at support@bookly.info so we can further assist.

For your second question, you can check our Special days add-on:
https://support.booking-wp-plugin.com/hc/en-us/articles/212817929-Extra-Long-Short-Days-Special-Days-add-on- that will allow you to change working hours of staff for just those special days in a year.

Feel free to try the demo included on the links so you can see for yourself if the add-on fits your needs.

    Hope that answers.

I have sent across the email.

For the second query, to rephrase in simple terms – I want to provide services, for particular dates only and want the customer to make bookings only for those particular dates, is that possible somehow?
