• Pardon me if I am posting this in the wrong section. If so, feel free to move it to the off-topic section.

I am using WordPress 3.7.1 on my site vondt.net (a Norwegian musculoskeletal guide), and wanted to add a similar overview to the one they have displayed on a Norwegian site called Skoleforum. I.e. if you press Gym Teori it automatically searches for that on the page, plus includes some google adsense ads on the top.

On the front page of Skoleforum – the author displays several themes. Upon pressing these themes, for example “Gym teori”, a auto-search via the author’s google adsense is performed. This is the html he uses to achieve the ‘auto search’: http : // www .skoleforum.com/search/?cx=partner-pub-4783001812230745%3A4403566973&cof=FORID%3A10&ie=UTF-8&q=Gymteori

This search function should work in wordpress as well, right? I have tried to simply replace my partner pub (google adsense ID), but that doesn’t seem to work. Does anyone have any tips or trick as to how I should go about setting this up?

What I am hoping to achieve is that a search is performed when pressing i.e. ‘sciatica’ displaying three google ads on the top and then any relevant topics on my page beneath these (like displayed on the Skoleforum page). I was hoping to make a overview page on vondt.net.

Having relied on the brilliance of Mr. Nevins earlier, I decided to return to this forum for help.

Looking forward to hearing your thoughts on how I should go about.

PS – It not working could not have something to do with the WordPress theme (Academica) could it?

Sorry for being an annoying noob. 😉 Thanks in advance.
