How to add additional attributes to html tag and no touch to template

    Hello guys 🙂
    I want to add additional attributes to the tag <html> (schemas and something). And I really do not want to do it in the template or child theme. Is this another way to do it from admin section? Maybe plugin?

    I know it does not look like a difficult question, but I do not know the solution and I can not google the tag name 🙁
