How to add a title to the featured content area ITSELF?

    Hi everybody!

    Would you know how to add a “title” to the featured content area ITSELF?
    (then by “title”, I do not mean “featured post title” which is already implemented)
    Actually, it would be a simple text displayed in capital letters, left aligned and just before the featured-content grid.
    This text would say: “Latest posts on my blog”.
