• Hi
I’ve just installed WP on my new site. Now I want to add a’subscribe’ button. I’ve looked up how to do this but the widget isn’t one of the standard ones in theme ‘twentyten’ or ‘twentyeleven’. I’ve tried both.
Please advise how I can install this icon.
    Cheers

    Hi
Yes I did try the plugin from Feedburner but it keeps wanting me to then create a new blog in Typepad which I don’t want or need.
I’ve since looked at the list of others under plugins and even if I stick the 5 star rated ones, I don’t know which one would be best.
As you can tell, I’m new at this! I have a simple site/blog and I want readers to subscribe and be notified when I add a new post – pretty simple huh.
    Can you suggest another one?
    Thanks in advance

    Thanks Orpatech
I’ve just downloaded this and upon activation is demands an address (according to USA CAN-SPAM regulations apparently).
It says this will be attached to every email. I don’t understand what this means and I certainly don’t want my address publicised!
    Any clues??
    Thanks

Usually it should be your postal address

Yes that’s what I thought but what does it mean by ‘attached to every email’?
Is it going to become public?

Yes… On Every Email after your message. !

Thanks mnasir79 & orpatech – after fiddling around I’ve finally got it to work.
    I appreciate your help.
