How to add a second menu?

    Hi guys,

    I would like to add a second menu to my site that should appear on the very top. I have no idea how to do this. Some threads are suggesting to add the second menu in the functions.php but I looked it up and there is not even the primary menu listed.

    Any help would be greatly appreciated. Cheers!
