How to add a Product Model as I can’t see any place to add it?

Is it possible to elaborate further on what you mean by product model?

Just to mention, we have documentation on adding different types of products, but not a product model.

If you intend to have a unique number for your products, you can use SKUs. Here’s documentation that explains this further: https://docs.woocommerce.com/document/managing-products/#section-5
