How to add a post slider?

Hi all,

I am trying to integrate a post slider, something like the one in this url..

http://www.sportskeeda.com/slideshow/top-10-indian-sportspersons-of-2015

You can see that, each point is shown as a slide instead of all the 10 points at once, is it a slider or something in the code, and more over how to do it?

so can someone help me out with this?
