I have a php page that word independently but I want to sort of integrate it with wordpress front end. The page is at
    http://www.pahuja.net/projects/maps/viewer.php

and I want to sort of link it from
    http://pahuja.net.

    How to do that?

I know you can add "Pages" but how to add a php page?
Any pointers will be highly appreciated.

You can use a Page but you could also just provide a link to the page like this:

    <a href="/projects/maps/viewer.php" title="link to viewer">Link to Viewer</a>

And put it wherever you want it to show up, in the header, sidebar, or footer...

You could also call the script from a php include or incorporate it within an iframe.

Thanks for all your response but I do not want to use iframe and I do not want to link it to any URL. I want it as a part of the post....like an image...instead of having it write the post, I want it to compile this php code....

do a search for RunPHP in this forum; a plugin that allows you to use PHP within a page or post.

If you're not planning on editing the content then you could just make it a template and then create a new, blank WordPress 'Page' with that set as the template.
