    1. Turns off the rich text editor for 'users'. If you're the admin turn off rich text editing under: users>your profile.
Once your post with the Google Video code is published you can turn this option on again.
    2. In Firefox, go to http://video.google.com and open the the video you want embed. Then right-click with your mouse and select the “View Page Info” option of the menu. Then click on the “Media” tab and copy the link.

The address of the video file (URL) that you get should look like this:

    3. The structure of the code you must put into your post is:
    <object width="400" height="325"><embed src=" http://video.google.comYOUR_VIDEO_ADDRESS_HERE" quality="high" pluginspage= "http://www.macromedia.com/shockwave/download/index.cgi?P1_Prod_Version=ShockwaveFlash" type="application/x-shockwave-flash" width="400" height="325"></embed></object>

You must replace “YOUR VIDEO ADDRESS HERE” with the address you got before.

If you want the movie paused, instead of auto-play, you need to change the last option of the link from “autoPlay=true” to “autoPlay=”.

    4. Now that you have got all you need just write it into your post.

You can see how it looks like on my blog, http://www.hotelblog.es/estrategias-de-diferenciacion/intercontinental-y-el-futuro-de-los-videos-de-informacion-turistica-local

    I hope this helps.

    Get it from here:

You'll thank me later ... it works great and no more messing around with code!!!

    Hope that helps ya.
