I can’t add banner to my website. I can only change the header color. I want to add a banner. Is it possible? and how to do it?

Two options, you can either modify the logo image with custom css so you can use that upload field for full header image.

Or, the other option, use the other version of the theme which has a Header Image field in Theme Options > Header.
